🩹 Stay up to date on vaccines – Flu, COVID-19, and RSV (for eligible older adults).
🤒 Stay home if sick – Return only after 24 hours fever-free & improving symptoms.
🧼 Practice good hygiene – Wash hands often, cover coughs/sneezes, and avoid sharing personal items.
🌬️ Improve air quality – Increase ventilation with fresh air when possible.
