π¨βπ³π Today, our Culinary Arts class concluded their Apple Fest with a delicious finale! After making and canning 9 pints of apple butter from apples gathered from our playground, the students baked fresh biscuits to enjoy with their homemade apple butter. Each student took home a pint, and we opened one today to savor with our biscuits.
A huge shoutout to Hunter, Jade, Jordan, Wyatt, and Zac for your fantastic work and creativity throughout the project. You all did an amazing job! ππ₯π

At last night's meeting, the Highland County School Board placed Tammy Minnigh on the VSBA Media Honor Roll, calling attention to the ongoing responsibility and exemplary nature of reporting on our school. Congratulations to Tammy on this well-deserved honor!
