CLPHOTOZ (Cane and Lauren Sampson) will be taking portraits for virtual students on Tuesday, September 22, 4-6 pm, in the Elementary School Gym. Please drive around the back of the school and stop by the elementary gym for your portrait - then continue on past the cafeteria for meal pickup. Note: these portraits are optional. If students do not have a picture taken on September 22, then they will be asked to submit a portrait for the yearbook at a later date.
SCHOOL MEALS AT NO CHARGE FOR ALL CHILDREN:
USDA approved waivers for local school divisions and other federal meal program sponsors to implement the Summer Food Service Program to provide meals to children in the community free of charge through December 31, 2020. The new school year requires a new meal application. Although school meals will be provided free to all children, school funding depends on completed meal applications.
Highland County Public Schools Administration, Faculty, and Staff are excited to welcome back students for the 2020-2021 academic year. Safety measures have been implemented for our school community’s protection. Parents and students, please watch these school opening videos prior to our first school day, Tuesday, September 8. A special thanks to National Honor Society members for their help. We look forward to having you back.
